Celebrating Excellence: Unveiling the Definitive List of Athletes for the Olympic Qualifier Series 21/02/2024

Olympic Qualifier Series (OQS)

The World DanceSport Federation is honoured to unveil the definitive list of athletes who have successfully qualified and have been confirmed by their NMBs for the prestigious Olympic Qualifier Series (OQS). This announcement comes as the culmination of a rigorous qualification, re-allocation and confirmation process through which we are entering the last phase of preparations for the Olympic Games 2024.

Having successfully conducted the initial phase, consisting of World and Continental Championships as well as numerous BfG events, WDSF is proud to confirm these two Events of OQS, taking place in May in Shanghai and in June in Budapest, are the final steps to be made on the road to Paris 2024, all in accordance to the Olympic Qualification System signed by the WDSF Vice-President for Sports Mr. Nenad Jeftic.

After the confirmations of the quota places allocation by National Member Bodies (NMBs) and necessary reallocations, we are pleased to present the final list. According to the best principles implemented by the International Olympic Committee, the final list contains Universality Quota Places. This list underscores the exceptional talent that has risen to the forefront through a highly competitive selection process lasting 18 months.

The Breaking world eagerly anticipates the participation of these extraordinary talents, and we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all who have earned a coveted place in the Olympic Qualifier Series.
